Construction Manager/Supervisor

Full-Time | $100K–$130K + Super + Car + Bonus
 
Vanstyn Constructions is a leading Stratco Authorised Dealer, specialising in high-end patios, decks and carports across North Brisbane. We take pride in every project, from first enquiry to final clean-up, and we’re looking for a Construction Manager/Supervisor who shares that same attention to detail.
 
👷 About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for site inspections, project management, and coordination of multiple sites; organising and running trades, contractors and employees while ensuring quality and safety requirements are met.
 
Your area would predominantly be Northside Brisbane with the occasional Southside Project.
 
This role offers an opportunity to blend technical expertise with leadership, refining processes, and collaborating closely with operations and project teams to turn opportunities into successful projects.
 
✅ What You’ll Need

  • Ability to manage multiple jobs from Council to Implementation

  • Ability and desire to be part of a small, dynamic team

  • Building trade / Construction qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction

  • Proven working experience in Construction / Project Management

  • High level attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Intermediate computer literacy

  • Ability to forward plan work and prioritise tasks

  • Ability and flexibility to adapt to changing demands

  • Qualifications: Trade/Construction qualifications, Construction White Card, Safe working at heights accreditation (preferred but not essential)

  • Valid Drivers licence

  • Experience in Residential & Commercial job sites

Patio/Carport Installer

Full-Time | $90K–$120K + Super (based on experience)
 
Vanstyn Constructions is a leading Stratco Authorised Dealer, specialising in high-end patios, decks and carports across North Brisbane. We take pride in every project, from first enquiry to final clean-up, and we’re looking for Patio/Carport Installers who shares that same attention to detail.
 
👷 About the Role
We are seeking the services of installer/s for mainly patios and carports but also decks across the Northside of Brisbane. You’ll be working with quality Stratco products and as part of a close, friendly team. 
 
Your area would predominantly be Northside Brisbane with the occasional Southside Project.
 
✅ What You’ll Need

  • Experience working with metal materials to construct Patios & Carports

  • Construction safety white card

  • A valid Drivers licence and reliable vehicle

  • Full set of tools

  • Skilled in interpreting plans to execute projects independently, alongside an apprentice, and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proven carpentry experience

  • Building experience in residential construction

  • Great attitude & motivated to earn good money!

  • High level of quality and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication

  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to work unsupervised
