As a trusted Queensland Stratco dealer, we are experiencing exponential growth and are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team and be part of the continuing growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and following up prequalified sales leads by phone
- Conducting site inspections and consulting clients on the best Stratco solutions
- Preparing accurate estimations and advising on installation timelines
- Coordinating council approvals and maintaining client communication through to project completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 3 years of proven industry or product sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the building industry
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Ability to read basic construction drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Current Australian driver’s licence & own reliable vehicle

Vanstyn Constructions is a leading Stratco Authorised Dealer, specialising in high-end decks, patios, and carports across North Brisbane. We take pride in every project, from first enquiry to final clean-up, and we’re looking for a skilled carpenter who shares that same attention to detail.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for a qualified carpenter who thrives on building decks—from timber platforms to integrated outdoor living spaces. You’ll also work on patios and carports using metal materials, either independently or alongside an apprentice – we are also recruiting for an apprentice, so if you and your apprentice are looking to continue working together this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Need- Proven carpentry experience (residential outdoor structures preferred)
- Skilled in reading plans and working unsupervised
- Experience with metal materials (Stratco systems a bonus)
- Construction White Card
- Current driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
- Full set of tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A great attitude and pride in your work
